The Weather Guarantee is not cancellation insurance and only reimburses you if you experience enough inclement weather (as outlined by your specific policy) during the specified coverage hours during your activity/trip. It does not apply to general cancellations or closures, even if they are due to previous weather events.
If your Weather Guarantee has not yet begun and your event is cancelled, please notify us by emailing support@sensibleweather.com. For any refund questions related to your canceled experience, contact the platform where you made your initial purchase/reservation.
