If Sensible Weather took payment directly for the Weather Guarantee, we may be able to help directly—just make sure your underlying reservation has been cancelled. If your travel or booking provider took payment, you’ll need to contact them directly to manage your Weather Guarantee. Our support team can help route you in the right direction.
