1. If you are a first-time Sensible Weather user, you will need to create an account using the same email used for your purchase by clicking on "Sign up". If you already have an account, sign in with the email associated with your reservation.

2. Click on "Payout Accounts" to add the payout account you wish to use to collect your reimbursement.
3. Once your payout account is saved, go back to the "My Reservations" page and select your reservation. You should see your available balance. Click on "Transfer" and select the payout account you added.
Please note that bank transfers are only available in certain countries.
